Online Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt, if you would prefer to exchange please enclose a note explaining what you require.
Please note before you send back your return, please ensure the following:
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
You must send us an email requesting for a Returns Authorization Code and Returns Address. You must clearly state why you wish to return the item and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please state your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at email@example.com.
Once you receive your Returns Authorization Code, Returns Address, please send back to us and we will process your return within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please Note: That in the interests of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping items must not be soiled damaged or smell of smoke, we will not under any circumstances accept goods that have been damaged. When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark the item.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and labelling. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery service. We do not accept liability for any returned goods damaged or lost in the post. Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting for your parcel as you will need this in the event of a delay or lost.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion.
